Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese form of gentle exercise, based on series of movements, incorporating posture, breathing and focus. Qi is the energy of life, and Gong means practice or art. Qi Gong therefore means the art, or practice of life's energy. Qi Gong is a physical and mental practice, and a moving meditation, suitable for everyone - in any condition and in all walks of life.
